Skywatch is looking for Aviation Insurance Marketing Specialist
Who are we?
SkyWatch, a leader in digital insurance for commercial drones and light aircraft, is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Aviation Insurance Marketing Specialist. This role is for someone passionate about aviation, marketing, and building partnerships that enhance our innovative insurance solutions. You’ll work closely with the product, marketing, and business development teams to help drive the growth of SkyWatch's aviation insurance products, including coverage for light aircraft renters, owners, and drones.
What you’ll do:
- Drive Product Growth: Lead the marketing strategy and initiatives for SkyWatch's aviation insurance products targeting light aircraft renters, owners, and commercial drone operators.
- Partnership Development: Build and nurture partnerships with flight schools, referral partners, and aviation brokers to expand SkyWatch's brand presence and sales channels.
- Content & Thought Leadership: Create webinars, articles, and other content that educates the aviation community and positions SkyWatch as the go-to brand for aviation insurance.
- Event Participation: Represent SkyWatch at key aviation shows like Oshkosh and Sun ‘n Fun, conducting presentations and engaging with potential customers and partners.
- Digital Marketing & Campaigns: Work with digital creatives and key opinion leaders to develop campaigns that resonate with aviation professionals and enthusiasts, promoting SkyWatch's innovative insurance products, including working with aviation influencers.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with the product team to define the right target audiences and create effective marketing strategies to reach them
Important Note: This position provides a 100% remote and will include representation in conferences in the US around 1-2 a year.
What You Will Need To Succeed?
- Aviation Experience: Strong understanding of the aviation industry, particularly with flight schools and other key aviation partners.
- Insurance Knowledge: Experience in insurance, and aviation insurance specifically is a big bonus. .
- Tech-Savvy: Entrepreneurial role with a start-up mentality, this role requires strong aptitude for working through ambiguity in a fast paced environment
- Creative & Strategic: Ability to craft innovative marketing strategies that drive results in the aviation sector.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
